The program offered an opportunity to work for a great company, a way to enhance my leadership skills, and taught me so much about the company in one year.
What is the most important thing you look for when choosing a company?
A company the values learning, growth, and a team culture.
What was your biggest takeaway from the program?
You get the opportunity to build relationships with people all throughout the company, while also setting yourself up for success when you get placed at the end of the program!
